For over 20 years, I have partnered with businesses and individuals as a legal counselor, adviser and advocate in a full range of their business activities within Israel and internationally.
From 2002, I have acquired a solid reputation and rich experience in various areas of corporate and commercial law practice. Among others, I specialize in international transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, capital markets, private equity, investment funds, corporate governance, technology and venture capital, media and information technologies, international trade, franchising, commercial mediation and arbitration.
Through years of legal practice, I have developed expertise in providing legal assistance to Israeli and foreign clients establishing and promoting business in Russia and other countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS).
